Indoor Volleyball




We train players of all ages (youth – adults) and all levels (recreation – college - professional).
We believe in repetition and ‘game like’ scenario training. 

We offer a variety of trainings to fit your needs:

Private Lessons (1 player)
Semi-Private Lessons (2 – 3 players)
Small Group Lessons (+ 4 players)
Clinics and Camps

Lesson Benefits

Fine-tune your skills: One-on-one private coaching increases an athlete’s ability to reach their full potential much faster than in a large group like scenario.  We are focusing on stronger areas on the court and growing those areas by targeting a plan specifically made for the player

Prepare for school / club team: Maintain your skill level and keep your body in tip top shape in and out of the season. Our coaches provide inspiration and motivation that not only push players, but also help instill confidence in their game.

Master your position: With the various positions found in specific sport, every player has different needs, therefore is trained differently.  By combining training for both the player’s individual talents + fine tuning their position on the court, our private lessons are perfectly catered to give you the highest increase in your game in a shortest time period.



During our Training

  • Train with 100% focus and try to apply everything you’re being told
  • Be open to changes, learning new skills and relearning the old ones    
  •  Understand what you are doing and why
  • Have an attitude of ‘if you don’t succeed, try again’
  • Be ready to work hard, but have fun while at it
  • Repetition is a key – we’ll do a lot’s of reps


After our Training

  • Watch video (if available) - understand why we’re making changes
  • You’ll be left with things to do at home – make sure to do them (as many times as you can)
  • Do something athletic related everyday – active body makes an active mind
  • Watch volleyball often – visual learning is a key
