Nika Borge
(Director & Master Coach)

Coach Nika has 25+ years of volleyball experience, (playing, coaching, officiating). Born and raised in Europe, volleyball became her life at very young age. Her focus and competitive nature allowed her to play at the highest level.

Nika started coaching during her HS years and has been sharing her game knowledge and playing experience with others since then. She has coached for various Junior Clubs, schools, and even Austin's UT club. She has then realized that US is lacking certain training aspects offered overseas regularly and has decided (with her husband Johan Borge) to open their own non-profit training organization 'EuroWay Sports'.

Volleyball certifications: CAP & IMPACT indoor & beach, USAV & NFHS Official, GMS, etc.

 Coach Sierra

Sierra began playing volleyball in elementary school and was immediately hooked. She played both school and club volleyball for eight years. After experiencing several injuries, Sierra realized it was time to find a new way to enjoy the sport. Coaching for such great organization as 'Euroway Sport' has allowed her to share her passion for volleyball while helping players grow both physically and emotionally.

Coach Sierra is enthusiastic about health and wellness, and she loves teaching players not only the fundamentals of the game but also how to properly fuel their bodies and strengthen them to reduce the risk of injury. Her favorite part of coaching is watching her players' confidence grow both on and off the court.

Johan Borge
(Director & Coach)

Originally from Nicaragua, grew up in Miami, FL where he actively played beach volleyball.

He worked for Dell Computers and left it to start his own business from Real Estate to technology companies and has been a mentor to many. As a self-starter, motivator, innovator, and competitor, he is now looking forward to passing his knowledge of volleyball onto others.

Johan met his wife Nika in Austin several years ago and has been involved with the indoor game ever since . They've been jointly running and coaching 'Euroway Sports' for several years now and their passion for volleyball and this organization is undeniable and well recognized.

Coach John

With a competitive spirit and love of the game, volleyball has always been a key theme in his life.

After 20 years as a successful small business owner and operator, he is currently semi-retired and able to focus on the game and his family. He has been coaching a youth indoor volleyball program and can not wait to continue growing this amazing game. John is also still competing in various indoor tournaments representing Austin in 'masters' division.

Coach Kihana

Coach Ki has been playing volleyball for over 10 years now. She represented her HS for all 4 years as an exceptional Middle Blocker and played all the way around with her 'EuroWay Sports' club team for 3 great years.

Becoming a well rounded player has made her who she is today and she's excited to be able to pass her experience and passion for this game onto her players.

She's honored to come back to Euroway as a Coach, and coach alongside their 'mentors' the ones who have helped her to be the player and a person who she is now. Her goal is to teach the true fundamentals of the game and guide every player to reach their fullest potential.

Coach Teresa

Teresa has over 20 years of experience coaching at the club, middle school, and high school levels in Austin.

She has played on the club team at UT, USAV, and in local leagues and is still currently playing beach volleyball. As a certified Pilates instructor, licensed massage therapist, and personal fitness trainer, she’s able to combine her knowledge of body mechanics and training with the specific demands of volleyball to bring the best training methods to players in order to develop their skills, build strength, and avoid injury.
