Whether you're a complete beginner or an intermediate player (MS age) this clinic is designed for you. We'll review all main skills and it's fundementals and will also dive into some 'game like' drills to put these skills into practice.

This “Get Ready for Tryouts” volleyball clinic is designed to help players get back into their volleyball shape and get them fully prepared for their school or club tryouts. This session is designed for players who are serious about improving and building onto their current skills.
MS Ages: We'll work on breaking down each skill and teaching proper fundamentals and techniques essential for players future development and success.
HS Ages: We'll be taking the already known skills to the next level (jump serving, hitting & setting quick sets, blocking, diving, etc.)
It's recommended to combine this training with our Open Gyms on Sat, Aug 6 & 13th to apply all the skills learned into a 'game like' action; during our scrimmage times (details below).

Come out and play against others, to gain knowledge of the game and its tactical side. You'll also get a chance to practice different rotations and playing positions and we'll also teach you the main volleyball rules, you'll need to know to play school/club volleyball.
